My goal is and always has been to play division 1 hockey. I am a good teammate both on the ice and in the locker room. I am always striving to get better and help those around me be successful. One of the things that sets me apart from other players is my ability to be coached and take those lessons and use them on the ice. Once I step onto the ice my hockey sense and vision takes over. This can be seen with a hard pass to my teammate racing up the ice, or a quick dump off of the glass to clear the zone. Another important part of my game is my ability to win battles along the boards. I attend St. Paul Academy, which is a school known for its high academic standards. The small class size gives me the opportunity to work closely with teachers to better understand what we are learning. I do not shy away from meeting with teachers, which is a skill I did not have before I attended SPA.
