Growing up in Buffalo, I was always frustrated that even though I was producing at a top level, others kept advancing and I stayed still.
I realized playing juniors that the frustration I was experiencing was what was holding me back.
You have to love this game to be your best. That's what I do. Everything before today doesn't matter. It is where I am going tomorrow that is what's important.
I can play any forward position as well as both defensive positions. I guess I prefer LD. I don't care where you want me to play. I will play it well and to the best I can possibly play it, making others around me better.
I also understand that a positive, all inclusive locker room is a key to success. When a locker room works hard and has fun working, that is where you can start to begin measuring your success.
Whoever is lucky enough to ask me to play for them, gets all of me. On the ice and off. I want to help make something good great by being my best and help everyone around me get better.
