Noah Poinsett-Yoshida '27 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to play hockey at the highest level. Ever since I stepped on the ice at the age of 4, I’ve been mesmerized by the game.  As I’ve worked my way up from in-house to mites to AAA to Prep, I’ve set my sights on playing at the collegiate level and finding the best fit school to help me go far in life.

I'm a highly creative forward with a strong work ethic. I’m relentless on the forecheck and in board battles.  I invite and anticipate pressure, and I know how to give and receive contact all over the ice. I also take my defensive responsibilities seriously, having great pride in my 200 foot game.

As a boarding school student plus traveling solo for club hockey, I have become independent and am thriving. I manage time well, learn from feedback and take the initiative to improve my game.
