Evan Vaillancourt '24 Recruiting Profile

I define myself as a hard working two way player who wins battles and creates turnovers in every zone.  Currently playing for the Holderness School, I face some of the toughest competition in New England, which means I need quick feet to survive. I feel that I'm a very dynamic skater with great edge control and very good transitions. On the bench, I try to keep team morale and energy high, as I know this can be a deciding factor in games.  

The hard work I exhibit on the ice carries over to the classroom, where I strive to go above and beyond on many assignments, rather than simply completing the bare minimum requirements. This has directly contributed to my achieving straight A's over every grading period in the last five years.
