Peter Russo '15 Recruiting Profile

My goal for college is to attend a four year competitive college where I can receive an outstanding academic degree. If possible, I would like to play Men's College Ice Hockey at the Division III or Club Level. I have had a love for the game ever since I began playing at the age of three and would like to continue playing in college. I am a very good leader, as I am the first ever Junior to be named head Captain in Shen Hockey history. I plan on playing for a junior team next season as well as high school. I am also a very likeable, nice kid. In addition to this, I take great pride in my academics. My average is consistently around a 95%, and this is with taking some accelerated courses that are at an honors or AP level.
