Benjamin Marquardt '25 Recruiting Profile

I first began to play hockey at the age of eight. As soon as I stepped on the ice, I fell in love with the sport. Currently, I am playing tier 2 hockey. 

At the rink, I consider myself a team leader who always tries to lead by example while pushing teammates to the best of their abilities. Every time I step on the ice I am the hardest working player and am never outworked! On the ice , I consider my strengths to be a great two way player with great speed, a strong skater, and someone with a great set of hands. Someone could sum up myself by describing my hard work ethic both on the ice and in the classroom.

In the classroom, I work hard at my studies and maintain a 4.0 GPA. I am a member of a few clubs at my highschool!

In closing, I want to attend a college where I can push myself on and off the ice. I am open to mostly all options and ultimately want to find the right college for me! Also, I want to make my parents proud!
