Personal Statement

I would love the opportunity to play hockey at a high level and achieve an education at the same time. University has always been in my future and incorporating my love of hockey and education would be a double win!

I have always found myself in a leadership role for which I do not take lightly. I have the ability to listen and lead with confidence as team sport has been a part of my whole life.

My numerous volunteer hours have helped give me the confidence to work with all members of society all while giving back. I feel I am the complete package as I have the grades, the drive, the mentality to work hard and never give up, and more importantly the maturity to handle all that life has to throw at me!

I work out everyday. Our team has a strict game plan that we follow through Monday to Friday. My routine includes working out in the gym followed by an on ice practice. Training sessions vary between spin classes, the pool, and the weight room.
