I am 18 years old. I play hockey at the moment at the Jr B level however plan to play Jr A next season. I am a power forward. I shoot left. I am 6'3, 210 pounds. My assets on the ice are my speed for my size, my strength for board battles and my patience allows me to see and read the play. I've been playing hockey since before I was 5 years old starting with the hockey school program in the community I grew up in. I was accepted to Brock University Bachelors of Kinesiology honors program and am currently taking the odd credit at Brock University at a part time level to keep my mind busy in the academic field however my goal is NCAA therefore my courses are limited. I am hoping in the next few years to attain a commitment to a NCAA school that is why my goal is to get back to the Jr A level and work as hard as I can to achieve that. When I'm not on the ice I am at the gym or shooting pucks or working on my stick-handling. In the off season I work with a trainer and power-skating instructors to keep up my physical fitness and skills. I am a hardworking, self disciplined individual that strives to be the best that I can be in anything that I do. I take instruction well. Not only am I a player but I like to be a leader and lead by example. All hockey players dreams are to make it to the show but mine is to hopefully get an education while doing what I love to do and that is playing hockey.
