Personal Statement
Ever since I stepped onto the ice at the age of 3, I've always dreamed of playing in the NHL. I work very hard to achieve that goal by playing AAA and High School Varsity levels. I know that playing at the collegiate level is a big opportunity and it could change my life.
I take pride in being very coachable and I am always the hardest worker on the ice. I consider my strengths to be; reading the play, being a strong skater, winning one on one battles, and maintaining composure. I'm a two-way defenseman who plays a strong offensive and defensive game. I know the importance of practicing as hard as playing so that I ensure I keep pushing myself to improve.
This work ethic translates to the classroom where I work hard at my studies and maintain a 3.8 GPA. My preferred field of college study is Business Administration. I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible. I hope to become a great role model to all my peers and make my family proud.
