Jackson Lyon '19 Recruiting Profile

I aspire to be a team leader whose goal is not to be the best individual player that scores every goal in every game but the leader who incorporates his team and takes advantage of all the skills each member has to offer. However, when in need, I aspire to be the one who is able to take the shot myself if demanded in the situation. I take the most advanced courses available in my school which forces me to balance my schedule between training and studying. I have great street smarts and a high LAX IQ that helps me see plays and know what to do in advance. I have played football, waterpolo, soccer, and basketball for many years allowing me to be a very well rounded athlete and differentiating me from the athletes who have played lacrosse and Lacrosse only for all their lives. I have been playing Lacrosse since 6th grade and have played for a few club teams along the way. For these reasons, I believe I would be a great candidate for your team.
