Paolo Smith '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Paolo Smith and I am the Varsity Lacrosse goalie at Jensen Beach High School in Jensen Beach, FL.  I will graduate in 2026.  My college goal is to graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.  This will further my goal along of becoming a psychologist, enabling me to assist and guide my patients through ups and downs and strengthen their mental health.  

As a freshman, I am in my third year of math and currently have a 3.2 unweighted GPA at of the end of my 1st semester.  I strive to work hard on the field and just as hard for my grades.  As a freshman, my goal is to earn by Varsity Letter in Lacrosse and finish the year with at least a 3.3 GPA or higher.  I will hold myself and everyone around me to a high standard knowing that what we do on the field and off the field will reflect the team, coaches and our school.  

As I grow physically and mentally, I strive to be an asset as a lacrosse goalie as well as a student and young man.  By playing goalie, I have learned many leadership skills that will help me in life, such as taking control of a group, picking up individuals after a mistake, etc.  As a middle school student, I belonged to the National Junior Honor Society which enabled me opportunities to be a leader.  I was able to lead volunteer events for lacrosse and our elementary school community events.   I believe as a young man, I should give back to my community and pay if forward as those before me have done.  MY U Tube Channel is https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCuSu3ae_6KgQnZCjgEo86fA
