Growing up, I played many sports including soccer, sailing, crew, baseball, track, and football. I was enrolled in the Pine View School for the Gifted in Osprey, FL from fourth grade to 10th grade, and had given up on sports to focus on my grades after freshman year. During my sophomore year I heard that my districted high school, Venice High, was trying to start lacrosse as a sport, and I said why not? I bought a lacrosse stick the very next day and that's where my journey begins. Over the last year, I fell in love with the sport of lacrosse and I've had some of my favorite memories thanks to this sport. I fought from the bottom of the roster as a kid with no experience to a starting spot on the varsity team. I really contribute my success to my coach Jamie Carver who's taught me everything thing I know about lacrosse. I'd love to continue my lacrosse career throughout the collegiate level and I'm ready for my chance to fight for that roster spot. I've scored in 4 games so far this season. I volunteer at my local hospital, work at Champs Sports, sometimes do my chores without my parents asking, and I play lacrosse. I want to be a physician's assistant, or nurse/nurse practitioner. I may not be the player with the most experience, but I have a lot of heart, and work hard to improve with every practice and every game.
