Daniel Tolan '19 Recruiting Profile

Throughout my life I have always valued the gains of academics and I will strive for a great and impact future.  I am an excellent candidate because of my knowledge of the game of lacrosse, I have good leadership on and off the field, and I was voted the top defensive player for my high school team my freshman year.  I am different from other recruits because I take responsibility on and off the field, I have patience and work well with others, I show great respect to everyone I meet, and I am a natural leader as shown by various award I have earned and leadership groups I have participated in to improve my school.  I also retain a positive attitude no matter what the game situation is and off the field in life.  In the situation of athletics I play aggressively while on the field and in the goal, I make the most of every time I get to play, and I put 110% effort into every game I play.  I am able to play multiple games straight due to my stamina.  I am also able to explode quickly towards the shot.  In the case of academics I have a 4.571 cumulative.  I have earned many academic honors in middle school due to my work ethnic and the immense effort and care I put into my academics.  I have challenged myself to take college level courses and take AP tests in high school and have scored well on them.
