Matthew Jackson '16 Recruiting Profile

I am a leader both on and off the field.  I am well liked by peers, teachers and adults, I am responsible for myself and look out for others. I have won many speaking awards, leadership awards, and I was elected Govenenor of the Junior Opimist Club for the State of Michigan.

I am usually the first to show up for practice and the last to leave the locker room.  I am well liked by my team members and love to be part of a team.  As a team, we can achieve more.  The whole is greater than the individaul player.

Academics are important.  Every elective I have taken in high school so far has been math, science, and leadership based.  I push myself to take rigerous classes.  I could graduate early but I am choosing to experice my full senior year of high school so I can play spring lacrosse.
