Alex Zanini '25 Recruiting Profile

From a young age, I have always had a passion for sports, especially lacrosse. I have been playing the game since I was in sixth grade. Lacrosse has provided me with the opportunity to reach beyond my limits. It has driven me to strive for goals that I would not have had the same opportunity as with other sports. I enjoy the fast pace of the game where you have to be able to think quickly on your feet. This is so important whether you are an attackman, midfielder, defenseman, or goalie. Every team member must work together and be in sync in order for the team to be successful. We rely on each other to work together for the betterment of the team. Tools of discipline, hard work, sportsmanship, integrity, and the life lessons of winning and losing have been skills that I have developed over the years playing lacrosse.

I am hoping lacrosse will provide me with a scholarship opportunity for college. I am interested in studying business. My grandfather, who immigrated to the United States at age 14, started a business. I would like to get a degree in business administration to carry on his legacy. I believe that lacrosse has given me the necessary tools to be successful both on and off the field. I hope to continue to develop these tools and skills as I move on through life.
