I would like to introduce myself as Pierce Dahl and why I am pursuing the opportunity to participate for a lacrosse program at a collegiate level. Going to college has always been very important to me. It will allow me to reach my professional goals and be a contributing member of society. Playing lacrosse at the college level has also been a major goal for me since first picking up a stick. Regardless of the weather, I train every day at the park as well as the gym. I am known to be very coachable, humble, and team-oriented. Listening is one of my strong suits and I will always ask how to improve my game. The sport itself only works if you can listen, adapt, and work as a team.

- I train at the park at least 5 days a week doing footwork, shooting, ladders, jukes, hitches, etc. I also lift weights at least 4-5 days a week. I have worked out and trained for longer but the last 3 years I have put a lot of extra effort in my training focusing on my game and building lean muscle.
