Jacob Leath '18 Recruiting Profile

    I have been playing lacrosse since I was nine years old,  I also have an older brother who played the sport in college. Through the years I have played the sport on many rec, travel, elite teams, and throughout high school.  In all the years of playing and being taught by different coaches that played at the higher level,  and also being apart of elite teams and tournaments has helped me gain a great lacrosse IQ and understanding of the game. 

    For every travel and high school team I have been chosen to be the leader because of my coachable mentality and my hard working ethics.  I'm always looking for new ways to become not only a better leader for my teammates but also to become an elite player. Whether it be on the practice field, the weight room, or film study I know that there are always new techniques to learn and improve on. 

    I have played multiple sports my whole life including football, soccer, baseball, track and basketball. In high school I have done 3 years of football, 2 years pf track, and 3 years of lacrosse. I'm always looking to become the best team player I can possibly be on and off the field.
