My ultimate goal is to play Division I lacrosse at a school that will allow me to earn an Education Degree. I want to be able to come home to Canada and teach Secondary School Physical Education and French. Outside of school, I would like to represent Canada on both their National field and box lacrosse teams.
I am a right handed goalie who plays an ahletic goaltending style where I like to direct my defense from the crease. My strengths are my outlet passes, quick hands, a high lacrosse IQ and my ability to make key saves in pressure situations. I am used to playing in "big games" and have been in net for 8 Ontario provincial championship wins (4 box and 4 field) with my Whitby Warriors lacrosse club in addition to numerous tournament semi and final games. I have won 2 consecutive Canadian National Field Lacrosse Championships with Team Ontario (2015, 2016) In 2015, I was the only goalie selected to the All Star Team at Nationals and was named Player of the Game last summer for my play in the gold medal game. As a former hockey goalie and current box lacrosse goalie I am used to using my body to stop the ball by any means necessary.
