Logan Santori '23 Recruiting Profile

The following details are to highlight that I would make an excellent recruit for the lacrosse program at your school. 

High level, competitive athletics have been my experience since I was very young. I thrive from being in a team environment where the focus is on both individual development as well as what is best for the team as a whole. I have participated in lacrosse and hockey since three years of age however, I also competed for my school volleyball, track and field, and basketball teams in recent years. While my involvement in sports has been on-going, what remains consistent is my passion and commitment for the goalie position in lacrosse (both field and box for the past 14 years). Regardless of the sport or team I have played for, I have been recognized by the coaching staff for my leadership skills and my willingness to encourage and motivate teammates. Having grown up in rep lacrosse, I have developed as a team player and a coachable athlete who takes direction and works hard for the achievement of goals and team success. 

I have volunteered for fundraising initiatives for my local lacrosse association, cancer research, toys for tots as well as the local food bank.

Lacrosse has been a huge part of my life but I am equally motivated to do my best in the classroom. I am not discouraged by challenges, and enjoy finding creative solutions to problems. An education at your University in a business degree program while continuing my development as a lacrosse goalie would be fulfilling a lifelong dream.

My parents have made the financial investment of committing me to The Hill Academy Prep School in Caledon, Ontario, Canada for grades 11 and 12 to date. This school has amplified the benefits of being immersed in a lacrosse and academic environment that focuses on high expectations in both my school and athletic aspirations. 

For the reasons outlined above, as well as more which can be discussed in person, I firmly believe I would be a positive contributor to the lacrosse and academic business degree programs at your esteemed University.
