I love lacrosse because of the mix of finesse and creativity needed to be successful. I have learned discipline, teamwork, communication, and how to have fun on the field from lacrosse.   Every coach I have played for has praised my coach-ability and hard work ethic.  Being a two sport athlete at my high school has been a great experience.   Although I have been swimming since I was five years old, once I started lacrosse,  I knew it was my passion.  Being on two different teams, lacrosse and the swim team,  that require two different skill sets is both challenging and fun.    Swimming helps my conditioning and because of that I have more stamina to play at full speed longer than other players.  But my main focus for the last 2 years has been on lacrosse.  My academic goal, as of now, is to go into chemical engineering and work towards a masters degree in that field.  My GPA is a 3.9 and I am taking a majority of honors classes. My high school is an hour away from where I live so I have learned the discipline to manage my time correctly in order to get my school work done and get to practice.  I am a good candidate for your team because of my academic ability, work ethic, and passion for lacrosse.
