Joshua Minor '15 Recruiting Profile

Hello, My name is Josh Minor. I live in Eighty Four PA. I am currently attending Canon-McMillan High School as a Senior. I play lacrosse on my high school team and a club team called Pittsburgh Select. I consider my self to work to the best of my ability and give 100% at all times. I am a team player and strive to be the best I can be. I plan on making my Senior year my best year yet.

Just to tell you a little bit about myself. I am a Midfielder on my high school and club team. I have been playing lacrosse for 8 years now. I also wrestled for 10 years and a varsity starter for two. Our wrestling team won WPIAL, Sections, and States the last two years. By playing in these two sports I have learned about dedication, hard work, and what its like to give everything you've got to succeed. Our lacrosse team has been working hard toward our first WPIAL title, but has fallen just short of it. I feel as if this year will be the year that we will obtain our goal. I've been playing on a club team called Pittsburg Select Lacrosse where I plan to give it my all to sharpen my skills and take me to the next level as an athlete. On the off season, I spend my time playing box lacrosse and participate in any tournaments that my HS coach coordinates.  I love the game of Lacrosse and cannot imagine my career ending in HS, I can contribute a positive attitude, hard work, and discipline to your college lacrosse team. I will make a great asset to you and your athletes.

As a student, I am working hard to increase my GPA and have a focus on studying for my SAT and ACT tests, I intend on pursuing a major in Education.
