Hi I am Nick Ouellette-Perry and along with getting my Majors out of the way I am looking for a Division 3 or 2 school. What makes me different from other recruits is my ability to play any position need (with a long pole). I do not play much Long Pole Midfield but when I give it my all with every position a play. Also i started playing high school lacrosse when i was in 8th grade on the varsity team. With defense I am the best defender on my team and with my 10 or 11 years of playing lacrosse under my belt, I know the game very well because most of is new to the sport and are a young team like the one I am on now I must lead the players and tell them where to go, what to do, and how to do it. I contain the player not chasing at all, but just staying with him an doing what I need to with in the box. Physically I am tall with some muscles, but I am not much of a physical player. I will go for the stick before I go for the body, which 95% of the time works out for me when face a man. But of course when the time is needed I do get very physical (with most hits being legal). I am a team player even though most games to get my self pumped up I will be silent, thinking in my mind about how I am going to play and thinking how can i play to my fullest. Why do i want to play College well simple, I would like to see how far I can take this sport. If my lacrosse ends at the end of college so be it, it did not work out. But I hope to one day join the MLL even though it maybe a long shot. I think I have the skills to be a great defense men for what ever team wants me. I am not to picky on what school I go to but as long as it is in New England area (meaning Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, Mass.) and also it has my two majors.
