I found my passion for lacrosse after participating on a summer travel team. Getting great instruction from coaches and players that motivated me to work hard and get better. Being on the Vandegrift Varsity lacrosse team my freshman year gave me the opportunity to improve my lacrosse skills further.
While lacrosse is a big part of my life, I also give back to my community through the PALS and NHS programs at Vandegrift. PALS is a "Peer Assistance and Leadership" program where high school students have the chance to mentor an elementary or middle school student. National Honor Society gives me the opportunity to serve my community while also keeping me academically in line through high school.
I hope to take these skills to the next level in my lacrosse career and my academic career as well. Realizing that the next level of lacrosse requires much more than just being a good athlete and lacrosse player.
