My name is Graham Alderson, a 17-year-old junior at Concord Carlisle High School in Concord, MA. I row for Community Rowing Inc. (CRI) on the U19 Comp Boys team.
I am a highly dedicated student athlete. I love waking up early in the morning to hit the ergs before school and even more during practice with the boys. I love winning medals, but maybe more importantly, I love proving people, including myself, wrong.
I have improved immensely over the past year and don’t plan to take my foot off the gas. I have gone from being one of the slowest guys at my club to shaving 40 seconds off of my 2k and making it into CRI’s 2v. I’m hoping to continue to develop my speed on the erg, and I would like to join a team that has an extreme obsession and passion for this sport.
Thank you for taking the time to read.
