Aaron Jones '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Aaron Jones. I starting rowing in March of 2024 and have not stopped working to make myself better. My friend convinced me to join because I love to workout and be stronger. I want to work my hardest to get the farthest I can in my rowing career, and become as athletic as possible. Although I want to become the best rower I can be, getting a degree in what I want is more important to me. I have not decided what type of engineering I want to do yet. I am different than other players because I know how hard you need to push yourself to get better. I know even in the offseason you can not train less if you want to be better than everyone else. I also have good academics. Freshmen year I did not work as hard, so it messed up my GPA. But, my junior year was over a 4.0 because of my Honors classes. I am willing to work as hard as I need to, and harder than the person next to me.
