Theo Roesch '26 Recruiting Profile

All the men in my family have been rowers, from my grandpa and his brothers to my dad, my older brother, and now down to me. I truly love the sport and I want to continue rowing during college. I am now entering my fourth season on the Bainbridge Island Rowing (BIR) varsity team. My 2025 highlights include rowing at USRowing's four-week Selection Development Camp, making two A finals at USRowing's International Rowing Challenge, and being elected co-captain of our BIR crew for the 2025-26 season. In 2024, our BIR 4+ placed 12th at Nationals and 2nd at Northwest Regionals. Outside of the boat, I am fascinated by history and geopolitics, and I am interested in studying International Relations, Archaeology, or related subjects during college.
