I started rowing in Middle School. Growing up on Seattle's Portage Bay and the Montlake Cut, I was inspired daily by the college rowers and clubs rowers of all ages. When I found the community at Green Lake Crew, I found a home. The thing I've always loved about rowing is that the more you can put into the training the more you get out of the racing. This mentality has touched many other parts of my life in academics, friendships or just going the extra mile. I would love the opportunity to continue this sport on the collegiate level. I feel I have the drive, passion and dedication to contribute to a college program and make your boat go faster.
