Andrew Samuel '18 Recruiting Profile

I work hard in school so that I can go out and enjoy myself on the pitch. Captaining both my club and school teams allows me to challenge myself outside of my school work. Teachers and coaches regularly commend me for my work ethic on and off the pitch because performing well in school allows me to feel happier and be able to execute my duties on the pitch. This has allowed me to lead my school in scoring and assists for my freshman and sophomore years of high school.

It is my dream to attend an American or Canadian university and to compete for a school that wants to win a championship, and take their already competitive program to heights they never thought possible. I was never gifted, and I was never born to play high-level soccer from a young age, but my hunger for personal, scholastic and team success is what drives me to perform in my classrooms and on the pitch for myself and my team.
