My name is Nevin Alexander and I am a 6'0 forward from Calgary, Alberta. I am a hardworking and team focused player as well as a quick learner and a very driven athlete. Soccer has been a part of my life since I was 4 years old. I have been playing club for 9 years and have found a love for the sport. I am a very versatile player and pride myself in being adaptable. I have been selected to play multiple positions on my youth team Chinook Borussia as well as being selected to play on the Chinooks Arsenal men’s team. It has always been a dream of mine to play university soccer and to make an impact on the team. I am willing to do whatever it takes to reach this goal and believe my work ethic and adaptability is what sets me apart from other athletes. I am a cooperative team player and always put in 110%. As well as a driven athlete I am a motivated student who puts academics first and I work equally hard on and off the field. I am an active member in my community as well as an athlete and have 80-100 volunteer hours working with you at Tao of Peace Martial Arts including teaching, cleaning and running bully-proofing seminars. Currently I am organizing a 50km spin bike ride to fundraise for research towards mixed phenotype acute leukemia in honour of a passed family member.
