My name is Wyatt Duncan, I am a Goalkeeper at Barry Goldwater Highschool out of Phoenix, Arizona. I am a full contending athlete and leader on and off the pitch, with confidence that is unmatched. Soccer has shaped me into the young man I am today; and has taught me that effort, dedication, and discipline goes a long way. These attributes are driven by my desire for excellence and to make my coaches, teammates, and family proud. However, having the opportunity to play soccer at the collegiate level would allow me to reach the pinnacle of all the hard work I have put in leading to this point.
I have a strong IQ of the game with the ability to read each play and take charge in the backfield. Being a leader on the field is my first priority as a goalkeeper, and giving each play my all is the expectation. I am known for being a supportive teammate, with the belief that the teams success is determined through each other and everyone is accounted for.
I am an A-B student and have full interest in attending college to carry on my academics. I have been starting on Varsity since I was a Freshman. And for the past two years I helped lead my team to the State semifinals where we placed 3rd in 4A twice (21-22) (22-23).
I want to attend college to reach my potential and achieve greatness in academics and athletics too. My goal is to be somewhere I can make many accomplishments and make a difference.
