Cody Wood '24 Recruiting Profile

I have dreamed of being a college soccer player since I was 8 years old.  Up until my freshman year in high school, I was small.  Because of my size I had to depend on my speed and foot skills to be able to compete with bigger kids.  I got knocked around a lot but it made me stronger and more determined.  Now, at 16, I am a tenacious player. I do not give up on the ball and I am able to get out of tight situations with the ball at my feet.   I am not afraid of hard work, and I am a student of the game.  I believe in team;  we win together and we loose together.  I am self-motivated and will give you everything I have on and off the field.
