Now that I look back, I remember when I was a young kid in Puerto Rico. I always told my mom that I wanted to play soccer, so I would grab a ball and kick it around, but I never had the opportunity to play until I moved here to the United States; now that I have the opportunity to play soccer, I always give it my 110% effort in everything I do, I always push myself to become the best goalkeeper I can be, I am constantly encouraging my teammates because I know what they’re capable of doing. Being a Goalkeeper is not an easy job because every time you make a mistake, all the blame goes on you, so I have learned to get back up and keep going. In the field, I always stand out of the team because you always see that I am focused, and I am always in a positive attitude even when times are tough; it doesn’t matter if I am in or off the field, I always put all my effort into everything I do. I dream of playing Division 1 soccer, and I know that if I get the opportunity, I would be a fantastic candidate for the team.
