My height for a center back has always been looked on, but my vertical jump, heart, and fearlessness has always made up for my height to win big headers in the air. I also am very comfortable with using my voice, over the years I've played every position on the pitch which has helped me with leadership skills, being able to see the whole field better and to be able to guide my teammates into where they should be. With saying this my most eye opening skill is my speed, over the years many of my coaches have loved played me as a sweeper because ,1) I have the speed to catch up and shut down the opposing team, and 2) I never give up on a play. And above all else, I always play with heart, you can ask any coach from any sport I have played and all of them will tell you how I leave everything out on the field and I always strive to do my best and make everyone around me better too. Take hockey for example, I didn't join until my senior year and I had no clue how to skate, however, every shift I would skate my hardest and give everything I got and I didn't even know how to stop. Finally halfway through the season I finally got the hang of stopping and from there I went on to being the fastest player on my team and won MIP 2 years in a row. In conclusion, I'm going to do anything I can to be successful in soccer, no matter what.
