My name is Javier Hernandez, I believe that I am a good candidate for your team because I am a coachable player. I may not be the most tallest on the field but I believe that I am smart enough to compete at the highest level and I want to get to that point. Also I am capable to lead a team and gain there respect on and off the field. I am different from the other recruiters because I am focused on the field with no fooling around. Also as I said I may not be the tallest or strong enough but I am smart enough to compete at the highest level and also I am very dynamic on the field. Since I started I have played every single position and I believe that i have adapted to those roles exceptionally. I feel more comfortable playing as an outside back but I tend to have fun playing a midfield role creating opportunities for other players and also starting sequences with the other midfielders. All in all if you give me an opportunity I will show you what I can do and hopefully I am able to provide with what you are looking for or contribute to the team any way possible in order to win.
