I have loved the sport of soccer for as long as I can remember. I grew up playing with my older brothers and my dad, who coached all of us during our childhoods. My youth soccer career was riddled with growing pains that made it hard to play full minutes of every game. Those years were the hardest of my career, as the pain was so severe that I couldn't walk after some games. Despite that, I still captained many teams; and led my team to wins or losses. My determination and love for the sport helped me persevere.
I believe in being the player that shows up rain or shine to support my team and put in 100 percent effort every session. I am applying the same mindset to everything and especially my academics. I plan to study kinesiology or sports psychology. It has been my dream to take my soccer career as far as it will go, and that desire remains in my heart. It would be an honor to get the chance to play for your team.
