Alexander DuBreuil '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Alexander DuBreuil and I am currently playing for Albion MLS Next u19 and go to Saint Augustine High School. I started playing soccer at the age of 6 and fell in love with the game, and my passion for the beautiful game has been growing ever since. My dream goal for soccer is to play a high level of soccer in school and receive a good education.  I still want to achieve my academic goals and always want to be able to have a second backup plan. I aspire to play D1 soccer because it offers a very high level of football along with a great education.  

I play for Albion MLS Next, after leaving Surf and winning two ECNL National titles, I wanted to play at a higher level and get more college eyes on me. I play at Saint Augustine High School and have won open division CIF twice and D1 state once. I am very disciplined and work extremely hard in order to achieve my goals. I have a great work ethic, and as a full-back, I have great stamina, I can run forever, up and down the field all game. I am a confident player and always believe in myself. I am very fast and have technical dribbling skills along with an aggressive sense of defense. I have a great ability to find great passes and produce beautiful crosses. 

Not only am I very talented in the game of soccer, but I am also a great student. My school, Saint Augustine is known for its rigorous academics, I am a senior  and have a 4.05 cumulative and currently a 4.3 overall in my classes.  Along with my good grades I also do Boy Scouts, helping me to become smart with time management and learn discipline. I am currently the second highest rank, Life, and on my way to achieving Eagle. This organization, along with school and soccer, have all taught me life lessons and gifted me with a sense of leadership, all preparing me for college.
