Marat Baazov '21 Recruiting Profile

I know I don’t play for the best teams but if You’re looking for a good defensive  player as well as a calm player that can switch The ball around and send attackers on runs, then I’m one of the best options. Only thing I have to prove is me in person and my highlights. I also have some full games recorded on youtube as well as 2 highlight reels. I also made and played for a ECNL team but it was too much money. Ive been playing for the same club since 2014 and I’ve been captain since 2016 this recent season being the joint top Goal scorer as a center back. For my highschool I started every single game since freshman year where since I came, we went from losing every season game to winning our first title in 13 years and having the best defense in the league the past 2 years and also with me scoring a late goal to tie the game that won us the league. I don’t have much to say for academics, I finished mg junior year with a weighted 3.5 I’m pretty sure and I know my freshman year my academics were lacking But since then I’ve been doing fairly well.  My goal is to get a degree and go pro after and have the degree to fall back on. Lastly, I would say I’m a good fit for any team because I’m very social and easy to talk too and be friends with so I feel I’d get along with my teammates and also my work ethic is crazy when it comes to soccer because that’s all I wanna do all day. Currently I practice 6 days a week some being double sessions and if not 6 then 7 days. The reason why is simply because i love this sport and will do anything for it
