Alexander Schultz '16 Recruiting Profile

Since I was a little kid, I’ve wanted to play soccer at a very competitive level. I am always a great competitor on the field and that really helps me succeed in soccer. I will never stop working hard and inspire teammates around me to work as hard as I do everyday. College soccer has always been a dream of mine and I would do anything to have the opportunity to do so.

On my club team, Rose Tree Soccer Club, I am a captain after two years of being on the team and play the holding mid position, but drop back to center-back if we need an extra defender. I am a leader on the team through my work ethic and will to win. On my high school team at Archmere Academy I am also a captain playing holding mid, which brings the same leadership and work ethic as my club team. During my junior year, I received 2nd team All-Conference.

Academically, I am a very hard working student. Challenging myself in the classroom is my philosophy, and it is seen through the senior and AP classes I currently am taking. I am very interested in business, as well as engineering due to my liking in physics and chemistry. I am very active at school. I participate in Mock Trial, the school newspaper, French club, Forensics club, stage crew, stock club, and piano.
