Soccer has really sculpted who I am as a person. This sport is my beauty, it's my way out of life. I've never really had a mom and dad to be there to support me through it all, but my grandparents are pretty close to that. The mistakes and all the accomplishments over the many years have all taught me valuable lessons, not only about the sport but about life itself. I have this drive in me that won't let me give up because if I give up academically or athletically it's only going to hurt me.
I am the first in my family to pursue becoming a student-athlete in college and it's very exciting, but at the same time nerve-racking. I want to become a pediatric orthopedic surgeon because I love kids and getting into a big school I believe will help tremendously with that. Being from Delaware, it's hard to make a name for yourself, especially in Southern Delaware, but I am proud to say that I am a goalkeeper for the 2002 Boys Region I ODP team.
