My name is Ryan Mayer. I am primarily a DCM (#17)with FC Prime and graduate in 2025.
I have a 4.0 unweighted GPA at one of the most highly regarded academic high schools in Florida, and plan on attending medical school after college (was recently selected to study my junior year in conjunction with the Max Planck Florida Institute of Neuroscience). Institutions that are both elite in academics and highly regarded soccer programs are of great interest to me. I have a good size/speed combination, being 5 11 145 lbs and one of the fastest players in my conference. I’m a two footed player and believe my ability to read the game and consistently make the correct play is one of my strongest attributes. Although DCM is my primary position, I am also a versatile player and have played OB, OM and wing for both my Club and High School (2 year starter varsity). I am a coachable player, don’t mind doing the dirty work and will play any position that helps the team and gets me on the field. I look forward to the recruiting process and hope to be able to help a school be successful both on the field and in the classroom.
