Andres Gonzalez '19 Recruiting Profile

My name is Andres Gonzalez, I was born in Caracas, Venezuela and came to this country when I was 8 years old. My soccer career started basically since I was 9. I played for Doral Soccer Club as my development years. Then I moved on to Coral estate Strikers in Miami FL. We got to be #2 in the state of Florida and I was the top goal scorer for Diego Rios’ team. I entered high school and made the team as a freshman. I started as a freshman and made the 1st team all dade with 17 goals and 15 assist in 20 games. I made the golden goal to win the GMAC tournament in overtime. I also made the all dade and region team in 10th grade with 23 goals and 14 assist. We also won the district championship. My last year, my junior year I scored 25 goals but provided 21 assist playing as an attacking mid. We won back to back districts. I’m looking forward to keep performing like this this upcoming senior year. In club I currently play for Richard Jobson in Miramar United and have been his top goal scorer since arriving there in July of 2017. We won FSPL undefeated and Disney showcase as well.
