I grew up playing for a small town team in Key West, FL. We would travel up to Miami every weekend to get good competition and I was playing U19 from the age of 13. When I turned 16, I made the decision to move to a team in Miami while still living in Key West. Although this would mean a lot of traveling and mental stress, it provided a better opportunity for me to achieve my goal of playing college soccer. I have now been driving 3+ hours 2-3 times a week for practice and games for over a year now. This has taught me discipline, in school and soccer. I get home from practice at 2 am and then I am up for Calculus at 8. I believe that this makes me one of the hardest working players on my team and I believe I have a lot to offer in all departments, but especially work ethic and discipline.
