Going to State Semifinals as a Sophomore really shaped my high school career. That year was my first year on varsity and I was in the starting line-up, scoring eight goals throughout that season. I ended up winning rookie of the year. However my Junior year is what really made me the player I am today. That year we played poorly. After that experience I worked hard so that history would not repeat itself. Senior year came along well for me as I was the captain and I broke the school record for most goals in a season. I also managed to score two goals against the states runner up in a close game in which we unfortunately lost to. My high school experience has helped me make my decision in putting all my efforts into playing for a college that I can benefit with my abilities.
Outside of high school I have played travel soccer for six years and I have also gone to Germany to play soccer with GFL. I currently play in a team that is ranked top twenty in the state of Florida. I learned from all my experiences that I am integrated, have social and leadership skills. I am looking for a good fit for me athletically and academically in which I can give a positive impact on my surrounding peers.
