I am Manuel Ricci, U17 soccer player. I have played Soccer since I can remember. I am currently an experienced right winger on my FBS club team and at Alonzo and Tracy Morning High School in Florida, where I am a Junior.
I am a born soccer player and as a good athlete, every day I seek to perfect my skills, field vision, each play, each movement, I perfectly understand the importance of thinking quickly during the game to achieve the plays, the pass, the touch of the ball.
Being a right wing requires speed, good dribbling and field vision to play as a team with the attackers and achieve the goal. It is a great responsibility to assume this position, part of my plays have contributed to my team's victories.
I train 4 days a week trying to improve every day. Three of those days I practice with my FBS-FC team, where we focus on teamwork, strategy and preparation for games. The other day I focuse on individual training such as resistance and technique. With this training regime I ensure that I grow as a player as much as possible.
Off the field I am a top student at Alonzo And Tracy Mourning Senior High. I have always believed that academics is just as important as soccer and understand the responsibilities that come with being a student athlete.
Being a very competitive person I always want to play at the highest level possible and grow as a player. As I look to the future my goal is to play at the collegiate level. I believe I can bring my competitiveness and leadership skills along with my technical ability and high soccer IQ to any team that I am fortunate enough to play for.
