I have been playing soccer since I was practically born. My dad played professional soccer all his life in Colombia and I would watch him play when I was young, he would train me in an intense environment so I could learn and become better. Over the years soccer has literally taken up most of my life, it's allowed me to grow both as a soccer player and as a person. My parents both made a lot of sacrifices so I could continue to play, which led to me taking advantage of every opportunity I got. I would strive to improve on all aspects of my game by training hard individually and with my teams. With the help of my coaches, my family, and my teammates I have been able to develop into a more complete player. My collegiate goals are to finish high school with a 4.0 GPA that I've retained since freshman year and go into an engineering field. My aspirations are to hopefully become a professional soccer player and showcase my quality in the world of futbol. As a player I have excellent technical ability (being able to use both of my feet equally as well), I have incredible dribbling and pace to beat any defender, my passing ability also sets me apart from the rest as I have a great vision to find my teammates and put them in a good position on the field, my finishing is clinical as well as I can score goals from practically anywhere and score consistently in games. I'd say what differentiates me from the rest is that I bring a lot of confidence and a winning mentality to the team. Additionally, I am different from other recruits because I able to win the team games and ultimately change the game with moments of brilliance. Thus, I look forward to continuing my academic and athletic success at the next level in college.
