Ajani Jumpp '27 Recruiting Profile

I am Ajani Jumpp, a young but promising soccer prodigy who is striving to become a successful professional soccer player. My collegiate goal is to pursue a BSc. degree in Sport Science and in Business, which will help to solidify my career as an athlete while securing opportunities for advancement in the sport industry. Things that help to make me a good candidate for your team includes the fact that I've always been most passionate about soccer and I have remained an active player since 3 years of age. Over these years I have gained experiences in different styles of playing, player positions and gained knowledge and guidance from several reputable coaches. Also some of my experiences and skills were gained in Jamaica. 

In character, as an athlete I posses great speed and agility, the ability to maintain possession and regain possession of the ball even in difficult situations, I have a good understanding of the game and of the importance of team work. I am a very calm/ humble player who receives instructions and corrections well, I am also a dedicated player who is committed to the process required to achieve the set goals for the team and for myself as a growing player. I've also been described as having good leadership skills, good at motivating my team and helping them to regain focus during games and training sessions. I've always been a more athletic student, academically participating in various types of sports through my school's Physical Education Program and also the HOPE (Health Opportunities through Physical Education) program which teaches us how to take care of our bodies, nutrition and exercise. I am also dedicated to keeping my grades in good standing and addressing any area that may need improving to remain in good status for the college recruiting process. 

Finally, my goals are to master my skills, maximize my potential and surpass all expectations including my own, while continuing to challenge myself to explore, learn and improve on my skills as a soccer player and as an athlete on this journey. I welcome any opportunity for growth and guidance that may be made available to me, to achieve my goals.
