Matthew Simmonds '15 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goal is to graduate and have a degree in criminal justice and apply for a k-9 officer. But while I'm there I would love to play soccer and win a championship, My goal is to go further in soccer by going to the MLS. I believe that I make a good candidate for what ever team because I'm a leader, believer, and a athlete that can push the team to do great things. I have the speed, strength, and the will to stop the shots and as well as having the eye to see the play develop so I can set the defense up. I believe that what makes me different from other recruits is that I have so much heart and belief in my team and my ability to win the game. I may not be the smartest recruit that you'll see but if you take a chance on me you will not regret it. All I'm asking for is a chance and I will take advantage by keeping my grades up and being a leader off and on the field. Thank you for your time and consideration.
