A lot changed for me over the last few months. In October, I chose to stop playing for my club MLS Next U19 team. COVID took the last part of my junior year and the start of my senior year, so I really wanted to focus on enjoying my last year of high school with friends. I joined my high school team in November. My goal is to help the team and win a state championship. I enjoy playing under the lights in front of classmates, friends, and my family.
I am currently leading the team in goals. I primarily play left back, but I play whatever position my coach needs me. So far, my favorite moment is scoring the game winning goal in a 1-0 victory against a team we haven't won against since before my freshman year.
