hello my name is Hamdi Abas and i am 5,9 and 140 pound  I am a hard working person and i can play  Defense great and power forward and sometimes small forward i am willing to put everything in to my training and in the games I what to see if I can play at a higher level. I want to play basketball as long as I can and have fun playing it and I want play at a higher level and I will work hard in my training and drills
