Clay Refling - Sh...| Working hard to develop my physical skills as well as working to develop my intangibles like leadership, etc. Focused on finding the right school that sees all my potential and looking for a hard worker wanting to be a key contributor and team player. I have gotten way too many camp invites to evaluate me in person and not looking to prove myself in person until coaches and I have gotten a chance to connect and see if there is genuine mutual interest. I will be playing soccer in college and hopefully beyond that as well. I plan to make a career in soccer once my playing days come to an end, just not sure if that will be in coaching, running a club, or even something on the administration side of the business with a club. Great student with 4.2 GPA and 1460 on SAT. Still have a lot of development possible in soccer and my goals for soccer are to be the hardest worker on and off the field and be a leader for my team. I am very stubborn and determined to be the best I can be and not allow scoring opportunities or goals. Like to own my box and be aggressive on crosses and through balls. Working hard on owning balls in the air, my distribution, and communication with my defense to ensure we minimize scoring opportunities. I know my intellect on and off the field are a key attribute and strength of mine. |
